Invictus Risk Management (IRM) is a specialist provider of Use of Force Training Programmes for Security Operatives, that goes beyond the the current SIA Licensed Linked Physical Intervention Training.

Our Team of Instructors have over 50 years combined operational security experience as well as over 40 years combined teaching experience of delivering Use of Force Training.

We are an approved centre with NOCN Awarding Organisation, who are regulated through Ofqual. We hold Endorsed Centre Status, allowing us to deliver Level 2 and 3 Endorsed Awards, that have been assessed and certificated through NOCN.

From June 2026, we will also be offering NOCN Level 2 & 3 International Awards for Security Organisations based outside the UK.
